CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA

Currently all products and services sold by Blue Planet Offices, Inc., its divisions and various websites are limited to customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Products that have shipping included in the product price are sold only in the US, Canada and Mexico. If the policy is different for a particular site or service there will be a statement on that site together with instructions on the purchase page or otherwise prior to placing the order or checkout.

Commercial and bulk orders do NOT include shipping. Shipping will be calculated by weight and destination. There may be a handling charge for rush or special orders. We will notify you of all shipping/handling charges before shipment is made.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Customer service hours are not guaranteed but we are generally available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time. Please do not call before 10 a.m. or after 8 p.m. Saturday hours are 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sunday, however the order line is available Sat. and Sun. 11a .m. to 5 p.m.

In addition, the direct office number is a VOIP telephone service. It is not perfect. If your call goes to voice mail during regular office hours, please call one of our 1-800 Toll Free numbers (1-800-518-1206 BPO or 1-800-511-9147 BPS) which rings all of our phone lines simultaneously.

The Blue Planet Direct customer order line 1-888-991-0080 is available 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. M-F and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The Blue Planet Direct order desk is also available in Spanish and French. Some sites also have translation buttons for Spanish and other languages.

CUSTOMER PAYMENT

1. When you use PayPal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments or Dwolla, we do not obtain any of your credit card or bank information. This information is completely private between you and PayPal/Google/etc. Please note that Blue Planet and its divisions process orders as Blue Planet Offices, Inc. and Blue Planet Security Corporation. On eBay we are blueplanetofficesinc and our Amazon Store is Blue Planet Security.

2. PayPal and Google allows you to send us money without using a shopping cart or checkout. If an additional amount is due because you requested a faster shipping method, we will send you an invoice through the system by which your original payment was made. Your product will not ship until you pay the additional shipping charge. If you do not pay the additional shipping charge within 24 hours, your order will ship by normal means.

3. If you pay by electronic check your order will not be produced or shipped until the check has cleared.

4. The products and services we sell are low cost, thus bank transfers will not be accepted except for bulk orders of stainless steel cables and other products. In addition to PayPal, Amazon Payments and Google Checkout, Blue Planet Offices, Inc. accepts payments via Dwolla. Dwolla requires no credit or debit card, only a checking or savings account. You fund your account as you wish. We do not receive any financial information. Click the link above for more information.

5. You may also pay by personal or company check, certified check, bank draft or money order. If you want to mail or otherwise deliver payment to us. Please see the Contact Page for details.

6. If your personal or company check is returned unpaid, you will be charged a $35.00 check return charge. Please note, many states have bad check statutes that permit civil recovery in addition to the amount of the check. These fees are generally three times the amount of the check or a minimum of $150 or $200 depending on the state.

7. If you would like to pay by Western Union, please let us know in advance. You can pay the CEO. We do recommend using PayPal or Dwolla for services payment.

8. It you pay with Blue Planet Direct (available soon), we do not store any of our customer or credit card information on an internet accessible service. When you fill out a form, it is sent to us encrypted and is no longer accessible on the internet. Blue Planet is connected to the internet with a secure 27 mbps channel. Blue Planet Direct processes credit/debit cards and checks in association with Intuit, the makers of Quickbooks. Blue Planet Direct ordering is available in English, Spanish and French. Our Toll Free order line is 1-888-991-0080 and is available in the United States and Canada.

9. We do not accept open accounts. Full payment is required at time of order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. Some sites may offer subscriptions for business listings such as FloridaCorporate.com, BlueTELCO.com,, VoiceTRAIL.com,, Policy/Privacy.com, and other forms of advertising or membership. These subscriptions are generally for one year and may automatically re-bill. Please see the details on the specific website. The buyer is responsible for the terms and conditions of the specific subscription or membership. Please see the policy statement on the individual web site.

2. The registered agent service on FloridaCorporate.com is a service, not a subscription. It does not automatically re-bill, unless you choose and sign up for the three year automatic payment option, we will send you an invoice thirty days before your registered agent service will expire. This service is non-refundable. Please keep track of your registered agent service. We are not responsible for any lack of notification. Payment will not be pro-rated as the service continues regardless of billing or date of payment. The service is only cancelled when we notify the Florida Secretary of State that we are withdrawing as registered agent. You will be notified multiple times before we take that action. Please read the Terms and Conditions on the Registered Agent Instruction page.

3. Neither Blue Planet Offices, Inc. or any of its divisions sell any memberships on adult sites of any type. Blue Planet Offices, Inc. does not own, control, or participate in any adult web site.

4. PayPal subscriptions for GLINN Gay News Distribution, a service of GLINN Media Corporation, at gaydata.com are treated as subscriptions of 3 days so that shipping is not added. This is a limitation of this particular PayPal account. This is a ONE TIME payment and a ONE TIME service. There is no actual subscription. If you would like to have another news release sent out, please sign up again.

RETURNS

Please see the individual web site you are ordering on for additional details.

1. Blue Planet products that are custom made generally are not returnable or refundable, unless the web site for the individual product states otherwise. For instance SecureBAG-TAG has a money back guarantee provided the kit is returned in new condition with all items within ten days.

2. If the item is returnable under Blue Planet policy, you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the item. The RMA number with the letters "RMA" must be clearly printed on the envelope or package. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted and/or no refund or replacement will be issued.

3. If we make an error in the custom data on the item, we will replace it at no charge to you. If it is our error, please contact us and request an RMA. Please pay shipping to return the item and include a statement for the amount of postage and if possible a receipt for the postage purchase. We will refund the postage to you up to a total of 20 percent of the purchase amount. If you paid by credit card or other electronic means, the refund will be done the same way. If you paid by check, money order, cash, or bank transfer, the refund will be in the form of a company check at a major U.S. bank.

Disputes

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. We are here to meet the needs of our customers. We will try to settle any dispute that arises to the best of our ability and to the satisfaction of the customer.

2. Please contact us to resolve your complaint before filing a complaint with PayPal, Amazon, Google or any other payment processor, or contacting your credit card company.

3. Please contact us before doing any chargeback against us or any of our payment processors to give us an opportunity to resolve any dispute or issue that you have with us.

4. Please contact us and give us an opportunity to resolve any dispute with us before filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

5. The two incidents registered with the Better Business Bureau in Miami, FL concern our audio rental business and resulted from when the person responsible for delivery of rentals was in the hospital. Full refunds were made. We have no complaints about any other product or service.

6. For incidents which can't be resolved in normal business fashion, are subject to binding arbitration in the State of Florida. All customers agree that venue and jurisdiction for any dispute of a legal nature is Monroe County, Florida.

SHIPPING

1. Unless otherwise specified on the specific site, shipping is included in the purchase price. If the item is physical and heavy, shipping will be extra. The shipping amount will be shown in your shopping cart BEFORE checking out. Please review shipping and/or handling charges before you check out.

2. Shipping times will vary. Products are generally shipped first class mail, priority mail or UPS ground with Delivery Confirmation. This will be specified on the site of the particular product. If you need something faster, please contact us. If we can use a faster form of shipping, there will be an additional charge and we will send you a PayPal or Google Checkout invoice for payment. If you have a FedEx account, we can ship by FedEx and they will bill your account. Please provide the account number.

3. Note on UPS Ground Shipping. UPS picks up from various locations. Sometimes we will send our truck to UPS which is only open from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Rockland Key. The UPS truck generally leaves at 8 p.m. If you get a notice during the day that the shipping label has been produced, your shipment will go out that evening. There will be no tracking information until after 9 p.m. Key West is 150 miles from Miami. Later on the following day you will see the product at the Jacksonville, FL distribution center.

4. If you order with Google, Google does not provide a utility to produce a packing slip, we produce one manually. Google will notify you by email when we confirm shipment your order.

5. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If your package is shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail it has a Delivery Confirmation number. This USPS service will not necessarily show actual tracking information at the USPS site, although it usually does as the package is scanned at various mail distribution centers.

6. If an additional amount is due because you requested a faster shipping method, we will send you an invoice through the system by which your original payment was made. Your product will not ship until you pay the additional shipping charge. If you do not pay the additional shipping charge within 24 hours, your order will ship by normal means.

CANCELLATIONS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

1. Cancellations or order changes for physical stock products are accepted up until the time we pay for and produce the shipping label. PayPal and Amazon will email you when the shipping label is processed. At that time the product is packaged, sealed and postage or UPS label applied.

CANCELLATIONS OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS

1. Cancellations of custom products are not accepted as we generally begin working on them promptly. We operate on weekends and evenings on an irregular basis as business demands. If you do want to cancel, call or email our office promptly. Cancellations are accepted at our sole discretion.

2. Each site gives full details and photographs of the product, we have help popups, faq pages and other assistance. Some sites even have video clips available. Please research your purchase carefully before clicking the order button. If you have any specific questions not answer on the site, please call or email our office before ordering.

3. If you want to cancel an order placed through a third-party payment service such as PayPal, Amazon, Google Wallet, Dwolla, please notify us first. If you paid through Blue Planet Direct please contact us for a refund or other adjustment before doing a chargeback through your credit card company.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES & REFUNDS

Please see the FAQ or policy page on the individual site for detailed information.

1. Services are generally can NOT be cancelled if we have starting working on the order. Please contact us before filing a PayPal complaint or doing a chargeback through your credit card company. Obviously, if you have some legitimate reason to cancel an order we will be happy to resolve the matter.

2. Some services are complicated and time consuming. For instance, reference checks on Your-References are typically completed within 3 days and a written report is emailed to you. However, 3 days is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays. There are times when it is difficult reaching the proper people. We will wait and call back. People in HR are often busy in meetings or away from their desk. Sometimes people are out sick, on leave, or on vacation. Our policy is not to be a pest. We can only call so many times before we have to leave a message. We do not like leaving messages as we prefer to talk to people without warning or preparation as we get much more candid and complete information that way. If we leave a message that is very general, we seldom get a call back. If we provide a specific message, we might get a callback, but the person is forewarned and generally is not as forthcoming. If the employer doesn't like the employee they are generally not very forthcoming, though some provide all sorts of info, or at least enough to really know how they will respond to other reference calls. Realisticallynplease allow two weeks for this service.

3. Some employers however provide name, rank and serial number as a matter of policy. Sometimes we can get around that by talking with supervisors. There is no guarantee either how long it takes or how much information we will be able to obtain. Please allow up to two weeks for the entire process to run its course.

4. In rare situations the company will not talk to us or provide any information. Sometimes the company is no longer in business. We are not responsible for the response of third parties and as we have done what we can, refunds will generally not be given. If you are completedly unsatisfied, please contact us for a resolution of your dispute.

5. If we are unable to complete any reference check within two weeks, you will have the option of receiving a refund for that particular reference check or allowing us to continue to try. If you order multiple reference checks and we are unable to complete them all, your refund will be prorated on a percentage basis to the check(s) we were unable to complete.

6. There are companies, often is specific industries, that require a signed release for them to give us any information. These forms are available in the Client area of the site for download. Do NOT provide us with the form unless we request it. If you do not want to complete the form for a particular employment check, we do not provide a refund.

7. Please note that PayPal's dispute policy is for goods that are shipped to a customer. The policy does not apply to services. We will grant legitimate refund requests.

8. Refunds, when approved, may be granted immediately, or the refund can take up to 10 business days to process depending upon the nature of the refund and other business factors.

9. Rentals at TVkeywest.com, production services and special services require at minimum a deposit of 50 percent of the total or payment in advance if the rental is made less than 30 days in advance. When payment is made equipment is reserved and is not rented to anyone else. In the case of production services and special services, vendors have been paid, possibly additional equipment has been obtained or prepared and the work is underway. We will reschedule your rental, but there are no refunds of deposits for cancelled rentals or special services.
